She has experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, start-ups and liquidation of companies, public bids, governmental permitting and investment incentives, design and negotiation of contracts, including services agreements, manufacturing, distribution, supply and confidentiality agreements. In addition, she has knowledge and experience in environmental, labor, litigation and foreign trade.
In the real estate area, she has experience in providing legal advice for property development, construction, national waters and agrarian matters, as well as public contracts and utilities. She has wide experience providing legal advice to multi-national organizations and has participated in many multi-jurisdictional transactions in the corporate and real estate areas, providing legal advice on planning and development of industrial facilities and commercial projects, acquisition of property between private entities and with the public sector, participation in public and private bids, design and negotiation of contracts, financing of real estate projects, real estate trusts, and purchase and sale of real estate portfolios.
In the mining industry, she has experience in the design and negotiation of exploration and exploitation contracts, securing mining concessions and compliance with obligations derived from mining concessions, assignment and renewal of mining concessions, design and negotiation of contracts for the access to superficial land, essential for mining exploration and exploitation, whether on private, agrarian or communal land, construction contracts for the development of mining facilities and infrastructure, and services agreements with suppliers of the mining industry as well as labor advisory to mining companies.

John B. Moore received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania. He has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah in Speech Communication, with an emphasis in Argumentation.
U.S. Immigration Specialist
Upon graduation, he was selected for the Attorney General’s Honors Program at the Department of Justice’s Executive Office for Immigration Review where he advised, and wrote decisions for, eleven immigration judges throughout Texas. He has worked for a variety of federal agencies integral to immigration law, including drafting decisions at the Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals. He has also argued before the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, opposing ICE’s detention and due process policies.
After leaving the government, he was the Managing Attorney of the El Paso and Albuquerque offices of one of the larger immigration law firms in the country, during which time he successfully prosecuted thousands of cases ranging from complex visitor visa cases, to work or investor visas, to bond proceedings and deportation defense, to family-based cases at USCIS and the US Consulate in Ciudad Juarez.
Prior to becoming an attorney, he served as a sergeant in the United States Army at Ft. Bliss, and during four tours of duty to the Middle East. He also served in the Americorps through the Teach for America program, where he taught Middle School English in the Rio Grande Valley. He has also been a community organizer, protecting the rights of immigrants and residents along the U.S. Mexico Border.
John is licensed by the Pennsylvania Bar and practices Immigration & Nationality Law in all U.S. jurisdictions. He is a member of the El Paso Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Alumni of the Ivy League.
